A Personal Crisis Changed Everything:

When I opened a second fitness studio, my life went into crisis mode. My personal workout habit hit rock bottom.

I was so overwhelmed, I barely exercised for three months.

This overwhelm is what most women go through on a weekly to monthly basis. It finally clicked.

I needed to create a workout I could get done even when I was busy… stressed out… when I wasn’t excited to workout because I was stressed.

Listen close. Here’s the secret to achieving the body you’ve always wanted:

If you can get your workouts DONE when your life is busy… even overwhelming… you can’t help but get the (heathy, fit, toned) body you want.

This is why when my workout habit fell apart, I took months off to create something I could get done even when I was insanely busy.

I called my new design philosophy MicroHITS: Micro High Intensity Training Sessions

And this changed how I design workouts and even train my studio members.

The Only Two Things You Need To Focus On:

You need only two things to burn body fat and shape lean, sexy, muscle definition.

And it has nothing to do with technology, fancy names, gimmicks you read about in magazines or see online these days.

It’s simple:

1. Consistency

I doesn’t matter what you do. You have to be consistent. You have to get 5 workouts DONE almost every week.

2. Intensity

If you don’t push your body hard, there’s no point. You must push your comfort zone for your body to burn fat and build strength.

Be consistent. Push it hard when you workout. I want you laying on the ground… drenched in sweat… muscles like noodles… and a huge smile on your face.

Do that and you’ll get the results you want.

It’s impossible not to.

How You Can Get 5 Workouts DONE Every Week.

You’re a busy woman.

And if you’re like most women it’s easy to push your workout off when life get’s busy.

All of a sudden, one week… two… maybe three or more weeks have flown by before you realize…

“OMG, it’s been three weeks since my last workout.”

It’s because most workout programs aren’t designed for busy women.

My workouts are for busy women.

One round of a MicroHIT workout lasts about 10 minutes when you workout with me. Notice I said ONE ROUND.

One round can be a full workout if you need it to be.

Think about this. Now you can customize your workouts to last as long as you need them to… 10, 20, 30 or more minutes by doing multiple rounds.

You are in control of your workouts. Not the other way around.

Do this and the lean, defined body you want will be yours.

COMMIT to getting at least ONE ROUND of a MicroHIT workout DONE on your workout days.

One round of a MicroHIT workout done five times per week is ten times more effective than two sixty minute workouts.

Here’s the kicker…

When you have more time don’t stop at one round. Do two rounds, three if you’re muscles aren’t dead by that point.

Oh Buns is a Strong (kettlebell) workout. It’s an EMOM and it’s fast and fun. Plus workouts like these can get super intense very fast.
Pushup is a Strong (kettlebell) workout. It’s the definition of intensity because you have to push yourself like you’ve never done before. This was a brutal workout.
Sandwiched is a Body Burn Challenges workout. It’s a total body workout with two FAST cardio circuits sandwiching a longer strength and cardio circuit.
Move Along is a Body Burn Challenges workout. This one brings some new exercises you’ve probably never done before. They are tough and you will be pushed big time!

This Is NOT One Size Fits All

Other programs say their workouts are for high level athletes but even a beginner can do them too.

Ummmm… that doesn’t make any sense.

If you’re a beginner, train like a beginner. This means easing into intense exercise. Learning exercise form and movement. Learning how to progress.

If you’re advanced, train like you’re advanced. Learn tougher skills. Push your limits further. Workout with somebody who’s not going to make it easy on you.

This is why I offer multiple programs for different fitness levels.

Ignite Beginner Program
True Beginner Level
This is ideal for you if:

  • You haven’t worked out in over 6 months.
  • If you can’t do a single pushup.
  • If you don’t know how to squat correctly.
  • If you’re scared to get started again but you really want to.
Body Burn Challenges Program
Beginner to Advanced
This is ideal for you if:

  • You’ve been exercising with some regularity.
  • If you can do a decent couple pushups.
  • If you’re not getting the results you want.
  • If you want a challenge and you love being pushed hard during workouts.
Strong Kettlebell Program
Intermediate to Advanced
This is ideal for you if:

  • You’re stuck in a plateau and you want to break free with some new results.
  • If you can knock out 10 or more good pushups.
  • If you consider your upper body strong.
  • If you love to learn and you want to master kettlebell training..
Double Trouble Kettlebell Program
Advanced Only
This is ideal for you if:

  • You are advanced, strong, and you love a crazy challenge..
  • If you have two kettlebells that are the same weight.
  • If you know all of your kettlebell exercises and you can do them automatically.
  • If you know how to listen to your body and back off when needed.

Here’s a fact of life. Plans never go according to plan.

Life will always get busy. Somedays, for no reason, you’re discouraged. Some mornings the scale won’t say what you want it to. Sometimes you won’t feel like working out.
