Fit Women’s Weekly is my online training studio.
I’ve started my own fitness business way back in 2008 when I started training a small group of women out of a karate studio.
Today I have a rocking fitness studio called This Time Fitness in Charleston, SC.
I created Fit Women’s Weekly after I went through a personal workout crisis that destroyed my workout habit.
At the time I opened up a new studio and doubled the space of the existing studio I already had. My rent jumped from about $2000 a month to $9000 a month.
The next couple years were the most stressful of my life.
And during a three month stretch, I barely worked out because I was stuck in this business urgency mode.
Soon I started to feel horrible about myself.
- I was losing all the strength and definition I worked so hard for.
- I always felt anxious and depressed.
- My energy levels were low.
- My hormones were completely thrown off.
And no matter what, I’d start a workout and either half-ass it or stop because I felt hopeless.
I had to do something and through trial and error I created a new way to design and do workouts.
I called this design MicroHITS: Micro High Intensity Training Sessions.

It only took me about three to four weeks and I had my exercise habit back in full gear.
Even better, my workouts were more intense. I was getting better results because I had a better structure for achieving the goals I wanted.
That’s when I created Fit Women’s Weekly.
I knew if this worked for me during that time in my life. It would work for any woman.
I created Fit Women’s Weekly for two types of women:
1. Women who struggle with life getting in the way and ruining their workout habit.
2. Women who are working out consistently but not getting pushed to their limit.
Here’s what makes Fit Women’s Weekly so different:
1. My unique MicroHIT workout design.
This is the key to the whole site.
There is only one thing you have to commit to when you become a member here.
Commit to getting at least one round of a workout done on your workout days.
It doesn’t matter how busy you are, you can do that. And if you have more time, do two rounds or create combinations using multiple workouts. (Read about this on my programs page.)
2. I film new workouts all the time.
Dan and I own our studio and we live less than a mile down the road. We are constantly filming and creating new programs for our members.
We currently have over 155 total workouts in 5 different workout programs.
3. Every workout in Fit Women’s Weekly is filmed.
This is important because PDF ebooks are not going to push you and neither will exercise demonstration videos.
If you want to get results and make the most of your workouts you have to workout with somebody else.
Push play and you will workout with me in every workout. You will be pushed hard and because of that, you will get the best results you’ve ever had.
By the way… I also count all the reps for you and I have all the workout timers already set.
4. I support all of my members.
I don’t charge extra to have access to me for training help, questions, or feedback.
Member’s of my private studio have access to a private Facebook Group so they can ask questions outside of the gym. And this Facebook Group is a rocking place.
It only made sense to do the same for Fit Women’s Weekly. And this is part of membership, not something extra.
