The problem with trying to eat healthier is that everyone makes it appear so challenging!

Am I right?

The prep, the money, the recipes, the shopping…

It just seems like too much.

But the good news is, it’s not hard. It just comes down to understanding a few basic principles!

Not only is it simple, but it’s delicious and opens doors to so many new food experiences. Seriously, I know so many healthy eaters that are the biggest foodies because of their food passion.

How Do You Get Started With Clean Plates?
My friend, Ashley, approached me recently about a question she hears a lot… “What does a healthy meal look like?”

I think we all know what it looks like, so the question really becomes…

“How can I consistently put together a healthy meal that looks good, tastes good, and fills me up?”
That’s what we’re going to answer today! And I promise, it’s not as overwhelming at it seems. It’s really quite easy and if you follow our advice, you’ll be a clean plater in no time.
