1. What if I can't keep up with you during a workout?
I have coaching videos to teach you how to workout with me in the videos.

So if you fall behind, you will know exactly what to do.

2. Do I need any equipment?
Yes. The only piece of equipment you need is a small band. You can get them at your local sporting goods store for less than $19.95.

Soon we will start selling the bands with the program. But right now you will have to go pick up your own.

3. Can I stream the workouts to my TV?
Yes. We use Vimeo video player which supports sending the video to your TV.

If you don’t have a comparable TV, then this technology is out of our hands.

4. How much time will this take per week?
The busiest week would be a minimum of 60 minutes of exercise for the week.

I will coach you on how to approach the training plan so you build an exercise habit… even if you do the bare minimum.

No matter what, this will still work for you.

5. What if I have previous injuries?
Let me know what your injury is and how it impacts your movement.

Dan and I will be able to give you the necessary modifications so you can still workout.
