Frequently Asked Questions
1. What if I can't keep up with you during a workout?
I have coaching videos to teach you how to workout with me in the videos.
So if you fall behind, you will know exactly what to do.
2. Do I need any equipment?
Yes! You need at least one kettlebell.
If you only go with one kettlebell, I suggest a 26lb bell.
But I suggest you start this program with an 18lb and a 26lb bell.
By the end you will want to grow your collection. I can help you figure out which weights to purchase and when you might want to get multiple of the same weight.
3. Can I stream the workouts to my TV?
Yes. We use Vimeo video player which supports sending the video to your TV.
If you don’t have a comparable TV, then this technology is out of our hands.
4. How much time will this take per week?
Strong is unique because you will need to practice the kettlebell exercises as you go through the Kettlebell Clinic.
So in the beginning, you may spend most of your time practicing and going through the practice workouts multiple times.
Once you hit your stride… I suggest at least four workouts per week. Each workout should be at least one round long, but you’ll do more. You’ll want to!
Remember to build a habit and make sure you get X number of workouts done per week.
5. What if I have previous injuries?
Let me know what your injury is and how it impacts your movement.
Dan and I will be able to give you the necessary modifications so you can still workout.
If the program still isn’t a good fit for you because of an old injury… I’ll refund your money immediately.
